Vivace Music (vivace-music.org) is a free, non-commercial sheet music and music-education website. We designed it to work without collecting personal data: there are no user accounts, no advertising, no analytics scripts and no tracking cookies.

What we do not collect

• We do not require registration and we never ask for your name, email address or payment details.
• We do not run advertising or ad-tech of any kind.
• We do not use analytics or tracking scripts, and we set no tracking cookies.
• We do not sell, rent or share any visitor data — we have none to share.

Data stored on your device

The site stores a small number of preferences (such as your theme choice, interface language and ear-training settings) in your browser's localStorage. This data never leaves your device and you can clear it at any time through your browser settings.

Server logs

Our hosting provider (Namecheap, Inc.) keeps standard web-server logs, which may include IP addresses, request URLs, timestamps and browser user-agent strings. These logs are used only for security and to keep the site running, and are rotated automatically.

Third-party content

Some pages load open-source libraries and fonts from public content-delivery networks (Google Fonts, cdnjs, unpkg, jsDelivr). When your browser fetches those files, the CDN operator receives your IP address as part of the normal request. We do not control and are not responsible for those providers' privacy practices.

External links

The site links to external platforms (YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, Patreon). Their privacy policies apply once you leave vivace-music.org.

Children

The site is suitable for all ages and collects no personal information from anyone, including children.

Your rights

Because we hold no personal data about visitors, there is normally nothing for us to access, correct or erase. If you believe we hold information about you, or have any privacy question, please reach out via our contact page and we will respond promptly.

Changes to this policy

If the way the site works ever changes (for example, if we add optional accounts or donations processing), this policy will be updated first and the date above will reflect the change.
