All features of Vivace Music — the sheet music library, interactive player, ear-training exercises, orchestra studio and Andalusian music collection — are provided free of charge, for personal, educational and non-commercial use.

2. Sheet music and downloads

• You may view, print and download the sheet music we publish for your own practice, teaching or study.
• You may not resell, redistribute at scale, or claim authorship of files downloaded from this site.
• Public-domain works remain in the public domain; our engraving and site presentation remain © Vivace Music.
• Arrangements of works still under copyright are provided for personal study only. Rights holders can request removal at any time via our copyright page.

3. No warranty

The site and its content are provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. We work hard on accuracy, but we cannot guarantee that every score, fingering or exercise is free of errors, or that the site will be available without interruption.

4. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vivace Music and its team shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential damage arising from the use of this website or its downloads.

5. Acceptable use

Do not attempt to disrupt the site, scrape it at abusive rates, or use it to distribute malware or unlawful content.
